âGreat large and clean room. Friendly and very accommodating staff. We had very nice and quiet 3nights and breakfasts. The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. âThis was my 5th time staying at Enjoy PucĂłn, and overall I still had a great experience.
Not everything was perfect this time around. I was given a rear-facing room instead of a lake-view room, which was a bit disappointing. Also, when I asked for ice, I was surprised that they charged to bring it up to the room. Small things like that can hurt the hotelâs reputation.
The spa facilities are okay. I spent two days there and paid over $150 for additional massages. Unfortunately, both sessions...
