”The hotel is very clean and in a great location. Very friendly staff and the breakfast is excellant. The room and bathroom are on the smaller side but very comfortable.”

”We really liked this hostel! Henry was great, giving tips and answering all our question. The breakfast was really good and we also liked our room a lot. The location is awesome as well! ”

”Effective and pleasant customer service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Excellent location in the middle of the town - one block from the main street (Bernardo O'Higgins). Serviced and large clean room.”

”Lugar maravilhoso, localização privilegiada. Toda a equipe prestou excelente atendimento. Oferecem estacionamento gratuito o que é muito bom, mas fica a uma quadra e meia. Suíte confortável é muito bem decorada. Café da manhã muito bom, o pão caseiro foi o melhor que já comi. Vale muito a pena conhecer.”

”great hotel and helpful staff- breathtaking views of the lake and plaza de armas”

”This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica. It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine.”

”Very comfortable hotel on a great location. Staff is very friendly”

”Hairdryer and easier checkout Ways to pay clearer on website”

”The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area...

”Two things made this place a solid choice for us. First, the location is amazing - a few blocks from the lake, and very close to the downtown restaurants, etc. Second, Nahir (who worked there and greeted us) was incredibly kind and helpful - she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to assist in every way she could. The place itself is quite rustic - we were there in late fall and it was a bit hard to stay warm in the cabin. At night it was okay, but in the afternoons we were...

”We had a lovely 5 day stay at the hotel. It has a 90s feeling and I lived it. Every corner has amazing views. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and stylish. I definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again”

”👍 excelente , lo recomendamos”

”The economy room was very tiny. In summer the room is very hot and there is no air conditioning. In addition it was impossible to keep window open at night because there was a bar or restaurant just outside our window and even with the window closed it was very loud until 3 in the morning. ”

”Very clean and comfy room, friendly staff and even friendlier cats <3”
