”The room was well taken care of in a decent location, the on site parking was super convenient as well! My favorite part of the stay was the staff members, they were so incredibly nice and helpful. Any interaction we had, they were eager to help and give recommendations on things to do around the area! I also loved that they had beach necessities like towels and lotions to borrow! Next visit I would absolutely stay at this property again!”

”Clean room but shower not fully covered. when we shower water is everywhere, on toilet, on the floor, and when we walk the water is everywhere in the room. No HOT WATER at all. We have to shower in cold water. some days i didn't shower at all. staff was good in helping and everything. ”

”Hotel was unique and location was great, but room location off lobby was loud, door and window needed weather stripping for sound and light from lobby. There were no amenities. Bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom arrangement was very odd.”

”Nice place where we spent one night before our cruise. Goos location. Easy to get in with code (we came at night). Only minus is the AC which can’t be turned off. So the room was quite cold.”

”We were able to find parking miraculously, but we arrived early. The room was really nice and clean and quiet enough. However the neighborhood, walking to find a place to eat, was so gross with garbage on the ground. I wanted to clean off my shoes. Unless you can afford old town prices, there are compromises. ”

”We liked it! Very friendly and helpful staff. Beach very near. Easy acces by bus from the airport and cost only 75 cents. Breakfast was not so good. Room was okay, but the bed a bit small. Tip: on Loiza st go to La cueva del Mar. Excellent fish tacos!! Try their avocado sauce. We loved it.”

”Hieno miljöö, vanha, viihtyisä ja pieni hotelli keskellä San Juanin vanhaa kaupunkia. Ystäväpariskunnan huoneen seinät olivat OK, mutta meidän huoneessa kaksi seinää oli maalattu valkoisella 'lateksilla', joka kupruili lähes kauttaaltaan - amatöörikin näki, että kuprujen alla oli kosteutta (ymmärtäen kuvittelimme sen olevan viime syksyn hurrikaanin seurausta). Allergialääkkeillä selvisimme, mutta huoneessamme H2 oli kyllä vahva homeen haju. Se harmitti, koska muuten koko hotellin kokonaisuus...

”The first part of our group checked in early. When the second group arrived. Staff just gave key access without checking ID. We choose this hotel because of name status. It did live up to the name nor the cost.”
