”The location is good. However, we were disappointed in several things. The floor was filthy. The coffee pot did not work. The kitchen had only a few things. There was no soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We had to go and purchase these. The furniture was dirty, some even had stains.
The one good thing, the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. ”

”Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. ”Obviously a recent update was done. But basically slap paint tile etc over the old stuff. No seals around doors so you can hear everything in the halls. No slow close on the doors, so every time someone closes their door. SLAM. The only convenience, it’s in the airport. ”

”Loved our balcony with a table and chairs and a beautiful beach view. Loved sitting for breakfast looking straight out onto the beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were readily available.
We had a loud air conditioning unit near our room and the ice machine in our hall didn’t work, but those are the only two minuses. The AC didn’t keep Us awake. And the hotel has huge dispensers of ice water flavored with orange slices all around the lobby, so we didn’t suffer. Would love to stay here again!

If you are bougie and need a 5 star hotel with all the amenities, then this may not be your place.
