”Family Selection at Grand Palladium is a great option for families with everything for the young kids and the adults. The butlers in the rooms (Frida and Luis) and in the pool (Yajira and Miguel) and the waiter (Misael) made our stay extra special for our baby and grandparents. ”The staff was unbelievably kind and did anything and everything to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Food was incredible and the laid back / quiet atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. Our only feedback was the live music in the evenings was a bit loud at our room since we were housed in the main building (where the check-in desk is). But, music was always done by 10pm which was before we were ever trying to go to bed. Loved our stay!”
