This layout is referred to as the penthouse model; these are some of the largest one bed one bath units on sandy beach. The unit features a full kitchen with granite counters, beautiful alder cabinets, and an RO system so you don't have to haul-in bottled water. The patio has a beautiful view and gets a nice breeze most of the year. The patio can be accessed from the two sliding doors from the master or the living room. other amenities include TV Roku and internet. The sleeping arrangements include King sized bed, and Queen pull out sofa. Maximum occupancy for the unit is 2 adults and 2 children.
