Beautiful home in the most upscale community in the entire city! Located on Sandy Beach, the premier tourist location with restaurants, bars and activities. Perfect place for a family vacation. House has tons of deck space for outdoor fun. First level has a huge patio with a grill, the second level has balcony with ocean views. Lastly there is a roof top deck with amazing views. Please note that this home has a stovetop but no full size oven, and no dishwasher. There is a double door air fryer oven.

House has 5 bedrooms with 11 beds.



The Space:

The five bedrooms makes the home perfect for families and groups! A place for everyone to sleep. The home also features 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are a touch smaller, but the outdoor balcony spaces are great and have some good seating options.



Guest Access:

The home is accessible through a 24 hour security gate. Guests will have easy access and resort wristbands to use the entire community!

Sandy Beach area in Puerto Penasco, Sonora, Mexico is a beautiful stretch of beach that spans several miles along the Sea of Cortez. The beach is relatively flat and wide, providing ample space for beachgoers to spread out and enjoy the sun and surf. There are several restaurants and beach bars in the area that offer delicious food and refreshing drinks, and many of them have outdoor seating that provides stunning views of the beach and ocean. Getting Around:

Easy to get around using your car, or taxi's. Many bars, restaurants, shopping, and beach activities are within easy walking distance as well.



Other Things to Note:

The first 12 guests are included in the price. Each additional Guest up to 15 maximum occurs an additional $25 per night per person. No Trailers are allowed to be parked inside the community.

The community allows up to 3 cars per home.

The home has a stovetop for cooking, but no oven.

No dishwasher

The community pool is heated during the cooler months
