One bedroom with Queen bed and TV, and a Sofa pull out Queen bed in the living room.
There is a full kitchen, dining room overlooking the ocean, and a full- size pool table under a bodega ceiling and fan. TV can be seen throughout the open area. A Private balcony patio with colorful bar and stools facing the ocean will keep you entertained. Great for late nite chats and star gazing. Also, a fan and pull-down shade when it gets too sunny.
Common areas include an outside palapa with table and BBQ and outside bathroom. There are two, 2- man kayaks, free for your use. The stunning third-floor patio with spiral stairs has an amazing view of the ocean. There is a full kitchen, BBQ, grill for large groups, shaded Patio Set, full dining table sits 6, and a bathroom to eliminate all those trips up and down the stairs. Night-time lights up Las Conchas with brilliant string lights. Located just steps from the beach, a 2- minute walk.
Our home is the closest to the front gate, 24 hour Guarded Entrance. SAFE PARKING, NO WORRY ABOUT VANDALISM OR THEFT! Taxis, food delivery and catering is close and fast. We are easy to find, closer to town and main areas, restaurants and beaches. Other homes in Las Conchas can be as far as 5 to 7 miles farther. The SIX store has all basic foods, beer and ice. It is a must to dine at the new full-service restaurant, Los Patrones, next to the SIX store serving excellent food and delivery to Las Conchas. All this is walking distance, maybe 2 blocks.
