603 on kahden makuuhuoneen kahden kylpyläkaupunginosan koti, joka sijaitsee Las Olasin Las Conchasin osassa. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Keittiö on täysin varustettu, ilman astianpesukoneita, ja useimmat pienet kodinkoneet, kuten kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, leivänpaahdin ja mikroaaltouuni, on myös aamiaisbaari, joka kaksinkertaistuu valmistelutilaksi ja baari istumapaikat kolmelle. Olo / ruokailutilassa on ruokapöytä neljälle, koristeellinen takka, queen vuodesohva, ja tarjoaa kauniit näkymät Sea of Cortez. On katettu patio, patio huonekalut tarjotaan ja hiiligrilli (tuo oma hiili). Very comfortable place to stay for a couple of days. Wifi worked great when working during this vacation. The patio is very spacious and looks out to an amazing view. After the beach enjoyed curling up on the couch to watch movies. Amazing vacation. Will stay here again

Great trip on the books

We highly enjoyed the condo. It had a great view and was centrally located to all of the restaurants and downtown, which was nice. The only thing we did not like the sliding glass door was very difficult to open and close that would be the only thing that would’ve improved our trip.

Went to get away from the heat, ending up being just as hot.

House was clean but a little run down. Everything worked as it should. Stairs to beach need redone. Could use couple more sets of towels or just a set of beach towels.

On the beach

This condo is adorable. It was perfect for our stay. The A/C is AMAZING. And we needed it in July to fight the heat and humidity! There were a few items to mention such as: no towels, paper towels or napkins in the kitchen (I left some for the next guests!). There were quite a few roaches (completely freaked out my teenage and adult children) and a little mouse in the master bedroom. The property manager made note of this and said it's a horrible battle this time of year, which I'm sure is true based on my past experiences in Rocky Point. The sliding door going out to the beach will lock itself when you go outside. This is problematic for obvious reasons. It would have been fantastic to have screens to use on the sliding doors, but there weren't any. Final note... which has nothing to do with the condo itself, but could be of interest is that the ocean was just full of dying algae/seaweed. It wasn't appealing to swim in, which we noticed other families being a bit bummed by. It was so hot outside that you really wanted to go in, but you just got little bits of slime all over your skin. The quality of the water and the diversity in the tide pools definitely varies depending on the time of year you visit! I'd love to stay here again in the spring. I'm sure it's fantastic!!!

Location, location

Although this property needs ALOT of work, its location right on the beach was perfect. When we arrived the screen door was not attached to the door but leaning up against the wall. The place was filled with mosquitoes that I could hear buzzing in my ears all night. There were no paper towels and no coffee filters, which we purchased and left for the next guests. Just like the other reviews, the stairs leading to the beach are sketch...we used the neighbors staircase. We also couldn't find the trash can outside...Overall, it was worth the money because of the location. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed our time there.

Perfect location!

The area is close to town but just far enough away. The beach was good. Not too rocky which was nice for the kids! The house was clean, a little dated but you are literally right on the beach. The stairs to go down to the beach were a little treacherous and in need of repair. We had all the amenities I would have needed for the weekend. Everyone at Oceano was very nice and helpful for check in and out. Overall a great experience.

Nice, older home with a unbeatable view to the ocean. We had some trouble adjusting the shower temperatures, and the gas water heater was in the kids room (it smelled like gas when we used it), so we ended up rearranging the kids to the living room...other than that, all was great.

Great getaway

This was our second time staying at this property. This is the perfect place for us to stay in RP when we want to relax and just enjoy. It’s close enough to bars and restaurants to go out if we wanted to which is nice. The unit itself is comfortable and quaint for a couple or a small family. We will definitely be returning for more relaxation.

Great location with some disapointments

Great location! Comfortable for our small family loved that it was directly in front of the beach. Section 6 in Los Conchas seems to be the best area overall the beach is perfect a little rock so the kids can explore...The issues we had with the unit itself where the first night no hot water. They sent the maintance guy came out in 10min the next day. Fixed the hot water but being an instant hot water that wasnt a good system. It was a chore to try an figure out how to get the water temp set and to take a shower. Other issues where most windows had no screens and the screen at the patio was not working an would just come of its tracks. Also hose to rinse off had holes in it so it would spray everywhere. No black out blinds. wierd smell coming from closets..With some minor changes could be perfect... Living room furniture not the most comfortable Might stay again. The price was ok.. The beach made up for its faults

You're paying for the beach.

The house was as advertised and it was right in front of the beach and that's what you're paying for. With that said unfortunately the steps from the parking to the house are steep so if you have toddlers or babies it might be difficult for you to go down while carrying them. Also don't bring things that are too heavy unless you really need it and are willing to run the risk of falling. The stairs to the beach also need to be updated because the step right in the middle has a big gap to the other step. We ended up using the stairs from the house next door because they were safer. Also our big trash bin was missing but thankfully Management was able to get it to me in about 2 hours. I wish I could leave a better review but the view and the closeness to the beach it's what's worth it in the property but it needs more TLC to be a more comfortable and safer stay specially if you have young ones or have any back or knee problems like I do, also on our second day during our stay we started to see a lot of roaches inside the house, even though we were keeping the house clean. Don't know if they were coming in from the neighbors houses or what but we found quite a lot of them around the house inside and out that we killed and just ended up leaving them where we killed them. we just had to be washing the dishes 2 or 3 times just to make sure a roach didn't step on them.

The best part is it’s right on the beach. When the tide is in.excellent swimming area. Gets Rocky as the tide goes out. It says it sleeps six. But, I would say no more than four.
