Welcome to Paz del Mar, a stunning two-story modern hacienda located in the exclusive community of Las Conchas, Puerto Peñasco, Sonora. This luxurious estate offers expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, making it the perfect destination for large gatherings, family retreats, or private celebrations.

ENTRANCE & OUTDOOR SPACES
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by a sprawling covered front porch and unique stone paving that extends throughout the first level, including the pool area and main grounds. The vast outdoor space provides ample parking and the perfect setting for hosting events or simply enjoying the open air.

BEDROOMS & LAYOUT
Inside, you’ll find eight beautifully designed bedrooms — four on the ground floor and four directly above — each with its own private bathroom and modern-rustic wood furniture that blends elegance with warmth. A staircase leads to a third-level rooftop deck offering panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez and the Sonoran Desert — an ideal spot to relax under the sun.

SECOND FLOOR AMENITIES
The second floor connects all the bedrooms and the top decks, allowing easy access throughout the property. On this floor, you’ll find a spacious gym outfitted with everything you need for a great workout. Adjacent to the gym is a convenience room with a TV lounge and game area — perfect for casual hangouts, family fun, or business meetings. Just outside, a shaded palapa lounge invites you to unwind and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze.

KITCHEN & DINING
To enhance your stay, this property includes daily housekeeping and a private chef for breakfast and dinner at no additional cost. Full catering services are also available as an optional add-on if you’d like something more extensive.

The home has a fully equipped indoor kitchen for your use, but please note the industrial stove is reserved for safety reasons and not available to guests. To accommodate this, the private chef service is provided — completely optional but included in your stay. If you prefer to cook for yourselves, you’ll also have access to the fully equipped outdoor cooking area with a large grill, burners, and a flat-top griddle — perfect for preparing your own meals.

POOL & LANDSCAPING
A resort-style pool awaits right in front of the central gathering areas — spacious enough for everyone to enjoy — complete with an outdoor shower and ambient lighting to keep the atmosphere lively even after sunset. Lush palm trees and vibrant tropical plants weave through the estate, creating a refreshing sense of nature in every corner. The gentle rustle of leaves and bursts of greenery form a peaceful, private oasis, enhancing every moment of your stay.

Need a more budget-friendly option? If you're traveling with a smaller group, consider booking Paz del Mar for up to 20 guests, or the Paz del Mar East Building, which accommodates up to 16 guests — all while enjoying the same signature comfort and style.

To ensure your safety and peace of mind, please note that security cameras are located on the exterior of the property, including around the pool area. These are in place strictly for property security and guest protection.

Beautiful property, amazing pool and great Las Conchas location. We loved the roof top patios, cold AC, large kitchen and ice maker! Check in was easy and everyone at the rental office was very helpful.
