This space opens to a spacious porch—ideal for enjoying fresh ocean air during cooler months. Two comfortable BEDROOMS are located on this level, each with two queen beds and an adjacent BATHROOM with a shower. A WASHER AND DRYER are also available for your convenience.

UPSTAIRS: Here you’ll find the PRIMARY BEDROOM, a fully equipped KITCHEN, and a spacious LIVING AREA. The king bedroom offers luxurious comfort with a king-size bed, television, and en-suite bathroom.

KITCHEN AND DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you might need, with plenty of counter space and an open layout that flows seamlessly into the dining area. The LIVING ROOM features a large couch and decorative fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming space to gather.

BALCONY: Step out onto the wraparound balcony that extends along the southern and western sides of the home. With stunning OCEAN VIEWS, charcoal grill, and outdoor seating, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a sunset or fresh sea breezes.
