Welcome to Villa 12, a 4 bedroom 5 bathroom beachfront home. This Villa will accommodate 16 people comfortably. The Master bedroom has one King bed. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The third bedroom has a King bed. The fourth bedroom has 1 King and a Bunk bed (full on top 2 Twins on bottom). There is a Queen sleeper sofa available in the living room.

Villa 12 is located on the beach. Grab your favorite beach snacks and accessories, step off the patio, and enjoy! Be sure to grab a bag or bucket for all of the unique seashells and treasures you will find on the beach. The Ocean and Beach views from the Master bedroom and living spaces are spectacular. Slide open the glass doors and enjoy the ocean breeze. The patio is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or cup of coffee and watch the beautiful sunsets over the ocean.
