Welcome to C31002. This is a tastefully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath studio condominium located on the 10th floor that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. This condo features a comfy queen-size sofa bed in the living room, and a pillow-top king-size bed in the master bedroom. There is also a roll-out cot for an additional fifth guest. The bedroom window has an amazing, beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. The living room has huge windows and sliding door access to the wrap-around balcony with stunning views of the sea and the pools below. The large bathroom has an oversize shower stall with a soothing rainfall showerhead and endless hot water. There also a hairdryer for your convenience. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. We also have 2 portable barbecues that can be rented for 3 hours for $30 USD. Some condos and villas already have a barbecue. In any of the cases, the front desk has the staff to carry out the installation of propane tanks, which has a cost of $15 USD. for 3 hours.

The galley kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with all modern appliances and ample cupboards. In addition to dishware and cooking utensils, there is a full array of appliances, including a refrigerator, full-size range, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. A toaster, blender, and coffee pot are also provided. (bring your own coffee and margarita mix!). A compact washer/dryer is available for your use. We have "smart" Samsung LED TVs in both rooms that bring you quality streaming video from Netflix and others. A few popular DISH channels are also provided.
