”My experience wasn’t the best. The staff, from the lobby to the buffet and especially the coffee shop, often seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. The elevator wasn’t working, there was no hot water, and the food was disappointing. On the positive side, the beach was beautiful and clean, which was definitely a highlight. To be fair, this was just my experience—others may feel differently. The only people who seemed genuinely happy were the entertainment crew… and the timeshare reps...

”Truly a Diamond in the rough, a must place to stay. The Villas are incredibly beautiful, clean and spacious. The owner and staff are just wonderfully polite and accommodating. The owner plans on opening a Tapas type restaurant on the property this will just enhance the stay at this beautiful place.”

”I chose this hotel because it presents itself as a luxury resort, with rates around $400 per night. Unfortunately, the quality of the room and the overall condition of the property did not meet what would reasonably be expected at that price point. The main curtain in my room was covered in visible paint stains and remained that way throughout my stay. ”The location was an amazing by the beach, very relaxing and tranquil. Breakfast area was nice and the three houses looked unique. We stayed in Spanish Villa which had a nice terrace, but the room wasn't as good/clean as in the pictures. We had mixed feelings about the service; part of the staff was friendly but overall the place is not very professionally run. There was a hassle upon check in, and the bar staff is slow and sometimes not even in there. Once we asked two beers just before 1 pm...
