”This facility is disgusting, the front entrance smelled like a urinal! The floors were filthy there was no staff at the site, other customers were locked out of there room for hours and sat in dark lobby! When asked do a refund because of what I saw and refused to stay there, I was denied! So they kept my money and refused to return it ! Property management was of no help and insulted that I told her the truth about this facility! No staff really concerned me I was told people are off! So think...
