”Staff was very helpful with all my requests. The room had all the space i needed for my clothes. The bathroom needed some hand towels. Had difficulty the first night with the parking logistics. The main entrance was chained. Had to park through the back. It was dark and not easy to find the entrance. I suggest more lights.”

”Old buildings with no modern shower, beds are terrible and you wont be able to sleep..”

”The room was clean. The staff were so nice. The WiFi and AC were great. This was my first hostel experience and as a trans masc person I was pretty nervous but the staff and environment was lovely! The only thing that irritated me was that we didn’t stay there long enough! My partner and I stayed in San Juan afterwards and we were constantly wishing we were back at the hostel!!! Gracias”
