The furnishings, appliances, cutlery, dishes, beds, linens and decor in all our suites have been purchased in early 2020 as totally new. Our suites are located in a quaint Mexican fishing village. So at times, expect the noise of children in the streets, Mexican music, and even roosters. But do try and savor/enjoy our unique culture here in Punta De Mita.

WIFI signals are very strong throughout with extenders on each floor, including the palapa -- where you can work or zoom while taking in the views of the Bay of Banderas. Our Toltec, Tequila, PH Azteca and PH Montana Suites have a direct internet connection and the smart TVs have 100+ cable channels.
