”This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The front desk staff member was welcoming and very thorough during my check-in and check-out. She covered everything I needed to know. I had an excellent room. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast room was the most spacious I've ever seen. Lots of tables. They even have an outdoor patio as another location for eating breakfast, or just hanging out overlooking a river.”

”The hotel met expectations, the room should absolutely be facing parking lot, too noisy on the other side. Service was good, service manager was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast.”

”Wonderful property, great location. I had a situation that wasn’t professionally handled by the staff in the property but when I called the Hilton 800 number the issue was addressed and taken care of. Hopefully the staff will be better trained to handle customer complaint in an efficient and professional way. Will stay in the hotel again. Thanks.”

”When we arrived, the front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled due to "over booking". I made the reservation 2 months in advance. Never received notice that it had been cancelled. The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all and didn't offer any help or compassion about our reservation being cancelled. That left us with NO place to stay and no available hotel rooms local. Probably a blessing in disguise as it looked like this hotel was more of month to month place for the...

”Probably one of the best stays we have had in the past 5 years. Great staff...except Ms.Lori, she micromanaged the kids in the pool which was a joy kill for all the kids and families there. ”
