”Overall experience was very bad. There was no breakfast , poor cleaning , staff were not friendly at all .”

”The hotel itself was great. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. I was glad to see the security camera sign in the parking lot. The neighborhood/surrounding areas were ghetto. It located next to and across from motels, auto shops, tire shops, loan cash store, a gun store, storage place, etc. There were food options around but I would recommend to drive there and lock the car door once you get in, just in case.”

”Staffing was great they made sure that we had what we needed throughout the time we stayed which was great even the fancy hotels have lacked in that department. It was affordable for what we needed this trip.”

”Overall my stay was okay, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected when I arrived, which was disappointing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. The laundry facilities were convenient to have, but I hope the property pays more attention to cleaning and maintenance in the future. With better housekeeping, this would be a much better place to stay.”

”Grate in all areas”

”When I pulled in, went to go into the lobby and it was locked with an arrow pointing to a window. There was only a little drawer that I had to pass the hotel manager my credit card and drivers license through that. No intercom so it was very hard to understand her. I’m just a person that would want to have the face to face interaction and not feel like a criminal trying to check in. I would definitely suggest them putting in an intercom so we can actually hear each other. Moving to...

”Clean room. What else should you expect from a motel 6 anyways?”

”The travel lodge is a few blocks from a hospital and ambulance sirens are heard all day and evenings. It’s not a quiet place to stay. There is also a lot of road noise. I found the room floor dirty. I wore white socks that went home brown. We were surprised that the room is only made up every third day. We booked for 2 nights. It was ok for a place to sleep. Wouldn’t book again.”

”The hotel was clean….but for a Hilton Product and the level of service you usually receive …the Hampton Inn and Suites Tacoma disappointed. We stayed a total of four nights and did not receive house keeping services until the morning of the fourth night… even after going to the front desk every night requesting fresh towels. The hotel did mention they only provide daily service every second day, they only offer daily service upon request…but with that said even after two nights, they still did...

”The area we stayed smelled like the pool. The hotel was good, clean, staff at check in were short. The biggest issue was the “loud” firework sounds outside all night. Made sleeping difficult. The area around the hotel was a little rough n down.”
