On the first floor there is an open space consisting of a kitchen with dining room and a living room overlooking the courtyard, whose central space is occupied by a swimming pool with sundeck. The house can accommodate 6 people in the bedrooms, while an additional person can sleep on the couch in the living room or on an extra bed in the room.



The fenced yard is beautifully landscaped and rich in greenery and with many sports facilities for children and adults.
