Casa Maria is a ground-floor terraced house in the private residence “La Pineta” in Santa Margherita di Pula, surrounded by greenery and just 200 meters from the sea, next to Forte Village.



The house is secluded and overlooks a large, fenced, furnished garden—perfect for relaxing at any time of day. It features a living room, equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, bathroom, verandas, patio, gazebo, and parking space. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens, washing machine, barbecue, and outdoor shower with hot water.



The beach is sandy, spacious, and shallow, with dining options available. Sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented for an extra charge.
