Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Pula. The studio is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence, a hedce and a wall. The landlord lives in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
