On the ground floor, an entrance hall welcomes you upon arrival and leads into a bright living room. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and offers direct access to the terrace. A second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, while a third bedroom includes 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A dining room completes the social spaces on this level, alongside a well-equipped open kitchen. The ground floor bathroom is configured as a shower with WC, and a separate WC is also available.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features its own independent living and dining area. A fourth bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed of 160 cm and provides access to one of the 2 balconies. A fifth bedroom also includes 1 french bed of 160 cm, and a sixth bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, with direct access to the second balcony. A dedicated kitchen serves this level, and a shower with WC completes the upper floor facilities.
