After check-in we found that our room was not cleaned. We specifically requested a room on the backside of the hotel to avoid Interstate traffic noise. The request was not communicated. Unfortunately, there was definitely a lack of attention to some details. In the freshly tiled bathroom, there was leftover grout all over the tiles.
