”The hotel is huge and the premises are nice, the receptionists are rude since checking in, we felt very unwelcome and the rest of the staff is very unfriendly except when they want to sell you something. It says “all inclusive “ but it’s not, since the breakfast they’re trying to sell you extras like smoothies for 2 dollars and you get ice cream only from 14:00 to 16:00 other hours is 2 dollars, like seriously??? The food is horrible, tasteless, old and overall no variety, the location is far...
