”This was an ideal place to stay in Amsterdam. It was super fun to stay on a houseboat, and this is a particularly nice houseboat. It has an ideal location, right at the edge of the city center--easy walking to everything but on a nice, quiet canal surrounded by beautiful buildings that seemed apart from the intensity of the most tourists districts, even though they were just a few minutes walk away. ”If your looking for the quintessential Amsterdam experience this is it! The house boat is close to everything while still being is a quiet residential neighborhood. Robertino is as gracious a host as you could ask for and will do what ever he can to make your stay in Amsterdam wonderful. We cannot recommend this houseboat highly enough. We loved our stay and now feel we have friends here.”

”We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mercedes BnB. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming, the studio was clean and well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast at the cafe around the corner was a delightful bonus. The location is fantastic, really close to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the amazing city of Amsterdam.”

”Beautifuly decorated and comfy beds. Directly on the lake and friendly staff. Bring a gas cooker or one use bbq type thing for your meals or there are Restaurants or I saw a family with take away pizza. A little fridge, cutlery, plates and bowls supplied. Soft, fluffy towels, washing up things too. Supermarket 5 mins away. One needs to be used to being self-sufficient and down to earth. Fresh water tap around the corner, showers and toilets shared and regularly cleaned. Beautiful and peaceful....
