”Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay at the Onrock. Our visit was made especially pleasant by the gentleman running the reception. Warm, caring and friendly service all the way. The only downside was that for this pricerange one would expect an AC. There were two fans in the room, but both were so noisy that at least we could not sleep with them on. But other than that, very good experience all in all. ”

”An amazing experience, sleeping in the canopy of the forest. We saw lots of animals and fireflies at night. Accommodation is basic as you would expect but beds and bathroom were clean. The hotel itself is more of a guest house. Rooms are very basic - but very large. Can easily accommodate 4 people.
Breakfast is either sri-lanken or western, they are very generous with the quantities.
If you are looking for a 4/5 star hotel - it’s not the place for you.
It is a low budget option for families who prefer that kind of experience.

”The view was amazing at Belmont it was absolutely breath taking and the rooms and washrooms were very clean. The breakfast was good as well. The only caution to look out for it there’s bugs that come in the room at night through the door to the balcony if there’s so hidden spaces, but if u stuff a bag or something in those spaces it should be okay. ”
