”The whole experience was horrible, different hotel name, hard to find, room nothing like shown on the Expedia website, completely dirty from pool to room, rat feces bathroom disgusting. We have requested a refund as the place was completely a scam. Please acknowledge and proceed with refund. We had to book another hopt which turned out to be ridiculously expensive as we were already here. We are very disappointed as we regularly book with Expedia.”
