The design, the views, and the overall atmosphere are exceptional, and the food was a true highlight—the chef is superb and delivers a memorable culinary experience. However, the service unfortunately falls short of what one would expect from a hotel with such potential. ”The AC did not cool past a certain point, but was good enough. The staff seemed kind of careless. Didn't get a welcoming vibe from them. The wifi comes and goes. The water they offer is outside so it's always warm and dusty. Half the building is still under construction. The new concrete rooms look like a cold, gray, bunker. Staying there for multiple days makes you feel like you're in a dungeon. The toilet would shoot water up like a geyser when flushing. The shower is right next to a sliding...

”We really enjoyed our stay here in early December. The room decor was lovely and the beds were on opposite end of an L shape so it was great for sharing with a friend.
