The apartment was very clean which is important to me, and the hosts were wonderful with communication and support. The hotel was exceptionally clean and located in a beautiful spot—just minutes from the beach and a variety of great restaurants. But the staff at Cinque Terre Riviera were wonderful to work with and we enjoyed everything else about this property and our time in Cinque Terre. ”This very well kept and modern hotel is right on the beach promenade. Therefore the views from the balcony were great. The staff was very friendly compared to many other places during our 2 week trip. The breakfast was also one of the very best during our trip with great müsli and cakes for example. Also the yogurt was cold here which was really rare in many other places. The wifi worked well which is not a clear thing in Italy during our trip. The only downside was that the bed too hard for us....

”We had an unplanned doctor visit in the morning of our check-in day that delayed everything planned in our day. I received a call from Angela around 6 pm saying that we were late for our check in and she'd leave notes for us. She reminded me that there is a roughly 100 meters of upheel walk and stairs. Then I realized my mother-in-law joined our trip last minutes and we had totally forgotten about this part. I asked Angela if there was a wheelchair I could use for my mother-in-law. She paused...

”Rigtig rigtig dejligt ophold. Vi fik en lækker lejlighed der havde hvad man havde brug for til at kunne lave lidt mad selv. Vi købte morgenmad på stedet den ene morgen og det var rigtig lækkert. Min hustru kan ikke tåle gluten og der var brød, de kørte tilmed ned i byen mens vi spiste og købte lidt kage, så udvalget blev lidt større - rigtig god service. Poolen var lækker. Vi planlægger at tage dertil igen på et tidspunkt :)”

”Right on the main drag of Via Roma in Vernazza. Cosy, cute and so comfortable. Check in was super easy thanks to the wonderful staff at Cinque Terre Riviera who made it all seamless including the lovely care package of coffees, cookies and cornetti. This studio is close to everything-train, harbor, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, groceries...Would definitely book this again!”

”The only plus was for the balcony of the room, eventhough the view wasn't that great - just to a tight alley.. The wifi didn't work anywhere at the hotel for the time of our stay. The room was hot and humid and the smell was very off. I think it must have been the smell of mold or something, eventhoug none was to be seen. We both were sneezing a lot in the room, and our noses became runny. The room was equipped moderately, but for example the heater machine smelled weird with the power on. The...

”Great location next the downtown area of Vernazza but off the street and minimal walking to access the accommodation. The stairs down from the loft bedroom is steep in case you have mobility issues. The sofa bed is within comfortability expectations. They very generously provided a welcome bottle of proseco and the studio had coffee and tea, pastries and biscuits. Perfect for our one night stay. ”
