”Beautiful place with plenty of potential and lots of areas for improvement. Staff needs to learn what hospitality means. Less about many words and more about taking care of customer while staying cool and relaxed. Relaxed in co tacy does not mean relaxed when it comes to customer comfort . If customer asks if sauna ( outside ) is ready - better to check it twice rather then have naked customer entering cold sauna. Don’t ask customer to make a reservation in the restaurant if it is practically...

”Room was amazing we was kindly upgraded by the lovely receptionist not sure of her name but she was really nice as was all the staff.Hotel was of an exceptionally high standard from cleanliness to the delicious food in the restaurant.Beautiful beach within a stones throw as was the train station and the hotel pool was huge and very well maintained.Dom Zdrowjy Jastarnia is in all truth the nicest hotel I have stayed at and I've visited a few over the years.Would definitely return!”
