”We only used the room as a base overnight whilst visiting Lincolnshire showground but the hosts made us feel welcome and showed us around the room on check in. The kitchenette was a nice addition, especially the fridge so we could keep our drinks for the weekend cool overnight. We’ll be looking to book again for next year!”

”Pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the wines glasses! The breakfast was perfectly adequate and the shared kitchen clean and pleasant to sit in. We paid for carpark and were allowed to leave car the next for a visit of the city. A nice 20 minutes walk along the canal. Host very prompt and polite by text once we had booked.
