âUpon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower.

âIch bin schon viel gereist, aber ein so tolles Hotel in einer so fantastischen Lage kenne ich kein zweites. Sideman ist ein ruhiges Bergdorf mit einigen sehr guten Warungs. Das besondere ist jedoch die entspannte und ruhige Lage inmitten von Reisfeldern und mit Blick auf den Mount Agung. Der Service, die Ausstattung der Zimmer wie auch das Essen sind top. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und dienstleistungsorientiert.
