”Just had our second stay here and looking forward to our next one. Room was very clean and comfortable and lovely and warm. Big super king bed and very comfortable. It's handy having the Bar and Restaurant on the same property if you don't feel like going far....we had a nice meal there and the young Bar Man there was just brilliant, could not have been more helpful and caring. ”This hotel is an excellent choice for people wishing to stay on the east side of Norwich. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main link roads.The staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are to the usual Premier Inn standard so you know what to expect. I found the bedroom to be comfortable and very quiet, so yes, I did get a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast is served in the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant. I had the full cooked breakfast and it was very good.”

”The staff were all great, very helpful and polite. The room was large and clean but a bit soul less. The bathroom was very large with lovely shower but again bare. Nothing to make you feel special two tiny bottles for the shower and one bar of soap but no soap dish! Nothing at all to make it feel homely! The worse bit was the bed it definitely needed a new mattress as we both kept rolling into the middle, ver disturbed night!! ”
