”The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. ”

Just a couple minutes to walk down Bourbon Street, and just a few minutes to all major attractions in NOLA! The room was extremely spacious and truly better than we could ever imagine! 100% will be back with all of our friends and family!!”

”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. ”Breakfast was not that good the breakfast that you actually pay for when you add breakfast to your room is not worth it because they have select breakfast on the menu that you can actually get. Also don’t drink the water that’s in the room because they’re gonna charge you $14 for they don’t tell you that neither. I paid for a suite regular and they put me in a handicap room. However, the room was clean. The hotel was nice, also in a great area. ”
