”Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Staff was always smiling and professional.”

”I had a very pleasant stay at Aquila D Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. As I arrived before check-in time, they kindly offered to store my luggage while I explored the city, which I really appreciated. They were also very responsive to any questions or requests I had throughout my stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and homely, with a TV and all the essential amenities I needed. I particularly appreciated that the room was cleaned daily,...

”Excellent staff. Everyone was so helpful and even gave us a late check out, although the hotel was fully booked. Spa staff was also very helpful and nice, I would totally recommend this place. Thanks again for great service and I’ll be seeing you again in the future👌”

”We would absolutely recommend this hotel! It was clean, beautifully decorated, close to the centre of town and only a 20 min walk to the promenade. As it’s in a local area, it can be quite loud and bustling outside, but it never bothered us because with the balcony door closed, you couldn’t hear a thing. We stayed in a Deluxe room and the jacuzzi bath was such a unique and fun touch. The air con in the room was fab and the shower was powerful and hot. My only suggestion is that the hotel could...

”Great hotel, clean & modern. Room was quite small but nice and the bed was comfy. Great rooftop bar with yummy drinks. Close to restaurants, on a very busy road but it was surprisingly quiet in the room! Breakfast was OK. Parking next door was easy; the lot was full when we arrived so we left the car keys to the attendant & picked them up a bit later, the car was nicely parked :) Thank you for an enjoyable stay!”

”My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, the rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, and every aspect of the hotel reflected a high standard of quality. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Special...

”The hotel was really lovely with a lovely decor. Location was great as it was in the old town but it was only 15 minute walk walk to the main promenade. The amphitheater was also on our doorstep. Breakfast was amazing- so much choice. Really lovely to have the choice to eat breakfast inside or outside. Rose petals were spread all over the room one day- must have got the wrong room as we were friends on holiday! 😂 Jusilda the receptionist was so helpful. We would definitely stay here again.”

”Spacious room, beautiful Sea view, lovely balcony and roof deck, delicious generous breakfast, wonderful covered, free parking. Unfortunately the large glass window in the shower was badly broken when we arrived as well as a broken shelf. They were not repaired and management rented the room anyway.”

”Top hotel. Kleinschalig maar zeer goed. Zeer grote kamer met prachtig uitzicht Poolbar”

”Overall, my stay was good. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The location was very convenient, close to the beach and several very good restaurants, and the city center was easily accessible on foot. The room I had was very small, and the air conditioning didn’t cool very well during the night. Since I was only staying for one night, it was fine for me. If I were staying longer, I would definitely choose a larger room. Overall, I had a good...

”Henkilökunta oli avulias ja ystävällinen. Aamiainen ihan ok. Hotels.comissa mainittua lentokenttäkuljetusta emme saaneet kumpaankaan suuntaan, vaan henkilökunta tilaa asiakkaan puolesta taksin, jonka asiakas itse maksaa.

”Great location and breakfast. Very good stay over 3 nights, even private parking. Public parking is a catastrophe in Durres, if a hotel doesn't offer parking.”

”Everything was absolutely lovely. Im a huge coffee drinker so when the coffee machine stopped working being made to pay for coffee vs them replenishing the coffee machine was my only draw back.”

”Siisti hotelli, hyvä palvelu ja aamiainen. Pienen matkan päässä rantakadulta -ihan käveltavissä ja matkan varrella paljon ravintoloita.”
