”Stayed here 2 nights as I was attending nearby Festival. I Called Les the host and he was very accommodating leaving my keys in the safe box. The room was clean and housekeeping came daily. The bed was very Comfortable i had 2 really good night sleep here. Bayside is right next to the beach which was a bonus as it was a warm bank holiday weekend. Definitely recommend a stay here.”

”The parking lot needs repaving!!! It is horrendous. For reals. The exterior is a bit shabby. The lobby is spectacular. The room was big and comfy. Please remove all carpet; it is a disgusting health hazzard. Otherwise, room interior and WC was very pleasent. There is a kettle and tea/coffee. Pool was cute. Jacuzzi nice. Lovely atrium. Staff nvery nice. Had a bit of a problem with food services woman who didn't know we had already paid. It is right across the street from the beach. Restaurants...

”Excellent stay, very clean and tidy”

”The room did the job - but numerous issues. Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best. The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point. I was on a train so unable to get there for that time, and somebody very kindly stayed to let me in, but they still...

”During the past week I have had two stays at this hotel. The first as a loan lady traveller and the second with my husband. On my first visit I had had a terrible day and when I checked in I found my room was not to my liking - a personal thing, the room was beautiful but I just didn't feel comfortable. ”Very impressive. Amazing friendly greeting for checkin. All the staff were so friendly and genuinely really lovely. Room very modern and clean.. one of the best hotel bathrooms I’ve seen for a long time. Lovely reception and breakfast areas with tasty breakfast. Took us about 30 mins from Swansea station and was 15 mins from a beefeater restaurant and a Tesco express Very happy and would definitely come again. Thank you for an amazing stay”

”The hotel is modern and therefore has contemporary facilities. We use the swimming pool, sauna and steam room on two occasions they were all clean and hygienic. The hotel is slightly outside the centre of the city but easily accessible and we’re able to drive along the coast and see the beautiful coastline.”
