”Everything was good, nice place, good food, clean. Only issue was that there was a bunch of kids there for a baseball tournament who made a lot of noise at 1:00 in the morning in the hallways. It would be nice if the hotel could put the families with young kids on the same floor. I understand that maybe the hotel was close to the baseball field, but is a casino the place for those people to stay. Adults go there for a getaway not to listen to a bunch of loud and annoying children. ”

”The front desk personnel were all very pleasant, and were happy to give me a hair dryer when I found there was none in our room. The beds were very comfy and the room was mostly clean, but I found it very odd that there were large, popped kernels of popcorn on the floor near the door. They were hard to miss, so I'm not sure if the room was vacuumed or not before our stay. ”Stay was good and enjoyed pool and hot tub and breakfast. But the hot tub timer bad or had over heating probably so would not stay on but 5-10 minutes every hour. My last few days the cable t v was out so I missed a lot of season finale shows as I was there couple weeks. Front desk man did finally put on a cord for the Roku t v but still no live shows just recorded old shows or news. Very disappointing as on weekend your rates on rooms are higher and was not right to have these problems at...

”Overall my experience at Clarion Pointe Bettendorf was positive. The staff I encountered where pleasant and professional. The room was nice. It was a great value for the price. This is a nice budget hotel that was conveniently located for my needs. I did not use many of the amenities and just need a room to sleep in. When I arrived to check in the clerk was already helping a customer. She gave me eye contact and acknowledged I was there. When it became my turn she was polite and efficient,...
