”Horrible. It’s conveniently located but that is it. Most of the staff is useless, hotel is run down, food at the “restaurant” was horrible. Rooms are dated. Got woken up by hotel staff at 1:30am while dead asleep for a noise complaint. I was asleep! How? So, got zero sleep and a really bad migraine after that, wouldn’t stay again. Not up to par.”

”Hotel isn’t as nice and clean as in the pictures. It was updated but maybe 10 years ago. The door to the room was very basic and let the noises in at night.We were disappointed. Rust stains in the bathroom. Check the fridge settings before putting your food in. Our food and drinks froze. Breakfast was ok. ”

”I wish I would’ve booked a hotel further away that was better. Absolutely not worth the astounding price I paid of $331 per night bc of a concert in town - which I wasn’t attending. The AC had bugs crawling in it and I came home with bug bites in my legs. The room was damp and smelled and we couldn’t breathe at night because of the stale air. I would neee stay here again. The staff was beyond rude and not helpful. And I don’t write bad reviews. I’ve never given a 2 star review for anything...

”I like the day I checked out, wish I would have just gone straight to Hyatt instead. Very disappointed with this outdated hotel. I made a big mistake and I won’t make that mistake again. I don’t get it, the area all around this hotel is very modern and yet I felt like I was staying in a +30 year old hotel. I would never stay there again, sorry to the staff who are working hard but the property is seriously outdated and needs a lot of investment to bring it to the level that other hotels...
