Casa Calma is located in Quarrata (PT), in a quiet, hilly area just a few minutes’ drive from the main amenities. It’s the ideal choice for those seeking peace and quiet, nature, and a strategic base for exploring Tuscany—all without sacrificing comfort.

The apartment is self-contained and part of a small building consisting of two separate, non-connecting units. There may be other guests in the other apartment, but each unit has its own space and privacy.

Inside, you’ll find well-maintained and functional spaces, with beds made upon arrival, linens included, one large and one small towel for each guest, single-use shampoo packets, and hand soap. Wi-Fi is provided via a Starlink connection (over 100 Mbps in the master bedroom, 20–30 Mbps in the rest of the house), which is also ideal for remote workers.

Check-in is self-service, so you can arrive on your own starting at 3:00 PM (possible as early as 2:00 PM if the house is ready). Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Before arrival, you’ll be asked to complete a simple online verification process for guest registration.

The house isn’t accessible by public transportation: you’ll need your own vehicle. It is precisely this feature that makes it perfect for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a more authentic and relaxed experience.
