”My room did not have a hair dryer. I went to the front desk and no one was there. I called the front desk from my cell phone (room phone didnt work) and no one answered. I went to plan B for my hair which was not ideal. The shower was at best lukewarm. I tried to wait to see if it would warm up over time but that didnt work; only got colder.walls are also thin! Bed was very comfortable and zi am not that picky!”

”Its an older hotel and could use some remodeling but overall room was clean. We reserved a king room however when we got there it was not available due to previous guest damaging the room. No discount was offered for the inconvenience but they were able to get us in a queen room on first floor which worked out since we had our yorkie and morkie. Overall a good visit. ”

”Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.”

”There was no trash can in my room when I arrived. The towel for the floor and the have towel in the bathroom had black marks on them. There was only one wash cloth. There was trash on the floor by the nightstand. The charger didn't work on the one lamp and the outlet was blocked by the nightstand. One of the 3 pillows had burn holes in the pillowcase and another had blue ink all over it. The bed want lined up with the headboard (which was mounted to the wall and not attached to the bed). My girlfriend’s DoorDash order was delivered to the wrong room and when I went to get her money back, I was threatened with violence. I was then chased through the parking lot by one of those men along with the night auditor the night auditor name is Quan He’s at least 6 foot five and the following day because I called the police to get our money back. ...
