”Its an older hotel and could use some remodeling but overall room was clean. We reserved a king room however when we got there it was not available due to previous guest damaging the room. No discount was offered for the inconvenience but they were able to get us in a queen room on first floor which worked out since we had our yorkie and morkie. Overall a good visit. ”

One of the rooms in our party had heavily stained carpet and furniture that appeared to have bodily fluids or vomit stains, and it did not look like the room had been properly cleaned before check-in. ”Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.”

”The staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation so I paid with a different card and when I checked out the next day the money I paid Expedia triggered and I basically paid twice and everyone I've contacted at Expedia and Courtyard by Marriott St cloud has done nothing to help to return the money that by the way was almost $30 over what I paid when I made the reservation through Expedia. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your staff.”

My girlfriend’s DoorDash order was delivered to the wrong room and when I went to get her money back, I was threatened with violence. I was then chased through the parking lot by one of those men along with the night auditor the night auditor name is Quan He’s at least 6 foot five and the following day because I called the police to get our money back. ...
