From here you have a terrific view of your generous garden, which also features a tennis court for your exclusive use. Use the barbecue area, furnished with a sink, to prepare a delicious meal with your loved ones. The property furthermore has an outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off after a long day at the nearby beach. A supermarket, multiple bus stops and a selection of restaurants are just 700 m or a 8-minute walk from the property. You can additionally reach the lively capital Cagliari in a mere 20 minutes driving (15 km) and the property lies close to the same street that will take you to famous beaches like those in Geremeas (11 km), Villasimius (34 km) and Costa Rei (46 km). Guests can also stay closer to home, however, as the seaside with fine, white sand is just 40 m from the front door.
