Poor communication and management.
I was given a parking discount code, but it doesn't work on the app and the QR code. The lady at the front desk doesn't know what to do, and I called the app's customer service, they also don't know. So I had to pay the full price. The second day, another person at the front desk told me that I need to pay at the machine, but there's no machine at the parking lot. The machine is actually at International Center, which is a different building. Took me at least 3 trips to the front desk to sort this out. Oh, and the front desk is also in a different building.
The room is clean, but small and a bit cold. The portable heater in the room is broken. Called room service, she asked me to drive to front desk to get another one. When I got there, the front desk is already closed. The next day, front desk told me that room service will handle this. Oh well... Will NOT stay here again.
