”Everything was fantastic EXCEPT we cooked all night as they keep the hotel rooms at 74 and you can not open a window or adjust the settings… we had the worst sleep because it was so hot in the room…. My husband and I both sleep well in cooler environments… but had to keep getting up to put cold water on a face cloth. Unfortunately this will be a deal breaker for future stays ☹️”

”The only issue we had was two mornings in a row the scrambled eggs pan was cold and the eggs were just liquid- not cooked. The first morning when we came down to leave the eggs were hot. This morning the pan was cold again. They tried another pan but it didn’t work. Gave up and had a yogurt. Not the same lol. Bacon was cooked nicely but the hash browns were not hot and crispy. They were warm and soggy.”

”The side lights, by the bed, were both broken. The window had no screen, the hallway light only flickered continuously. The room is very dated and dust and wiped grime all over the tv. Internet was good. Would be a bonus if the fridge was left on so when you put your food in it would be staying cool not waiting to get cool again. Drive into the parking area to 3 outlaw Bikers (staring at you) in the parking lot which didn't make me feel comfortable leaving anything in the truck. Will not be back...

”This is a well maintained hotel. We have stayed several time and will continue to do so every time we come into Sherwood park. The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable (not soft and saggy.). Breakfast is hot and there is a wide variety, and the bacon looks crisp and tastes crisp as well (we have stayed at Wyndhams where the bacon looks crisp but is very rubbery). The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants as well as the highway.”

”The rooms were excellent stayed a couple of days they were kept clean the pool and hot tub were amazing especially when we were done fighting in our jujitsu tournament it was amazing. The overall experience was amazing and will definitely be coming back when we travel again. The breakfast was amazing best breakfast I have had in a hotel for sure . The staff were super nice and very accommodating. The overall experience was fantastic and made our trip so much better for everyone no grumpy...
