”I stayed here for 2 nights. First of all, don’t expect too much considering the price. The room was just okay, although I hope the shower room can be improved. All facilities are worn out and tired but still at an acceptable level. There was no room cleaning during my stay, and I’m not sure why. We had a smooth friendly check in although not much about hotel was explained to us so had to work it all out for ourselves. ”Great hotel in QN near both the main Esplanade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Hotel is large spacious and modern with decent amenities and soundproofing. Western style beds were great. English television and movie channels were a bonus. Had dinner at the attached restaurant on the ground floor and was quite disappointed. Meat too tough to eat and the smallest glass of wine I’ve seen in Vietnam lol. ”

”Nice quiet room we had. Don’t know if you had one on other side. Staff was friendly although English was limited. At breakfast the staff very helpful. I asked for 1 hour delay at checkout but they were only able to accommodate 30min. Room are nice and clean. Since it’s holiday weekend a lot of kids. Made the pool water not as clear as you would expect. I would stay here again. ”

”This hotel is really good! It’s just a few steps from the sea, and the rooms are really nice and clean (be sure to choose a room with a seaview). The staff is really hospitable and nice. Only few of the staff members speak English, but don’t let that put you off. This is an excellent pick for a few night’s stay in Bai Xep!”

”This place is underrated. Probably the best place I stayed in Vietnam. Price is most affordable. It has all the necessary amenities including pool. Very close to the beach. A lot of street food around. Love also the breakfast buffet; they change the mains in the menu daily. The beach is the best. ”

”The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full.
