Staff was friendly although English was limited. At breakfast the staff very helpful. I asked for 1 hour delay at checkout but they were only able to accommodate 30min.

”Great hotel in QN near both the main Esplanade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Hotel is large spacious and modern with decent amenities and soundproofing. Western style beds were great. English television and movie channels were a bonus.
Had dinner at the attached restaurant on the ground floor and was quite disappointed. Meat too tough to eat and the smallest glass of wine I’ve seen in Vietnam lol. ”

Only few of the staff members speak English, but don’t let that put you off. This is an excellent pick for a few night’s stay in Bai Xep!”
”Absolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! A few staff spoke very good English, too.

”This place is underrated. Probably the best place I stayed in Vietnam. Price is most affordable. It has all the necessary amenities including pool. Very close to the beach. A lot of street food around.
Love also the breakfast buffet; they change the mains in the menu daily.
