”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London.
The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :)
The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but...
”Stayed the one night for a visit to Kew Gardens. Hotel is a lovely pub located perfectly for visitors of the Gardens. Tube is nice and close by too so was easy to get to with over night bags. Receptionist was lovely and really helpful. We arrived well before check in, so they took our bags in to the luggage store and then moved them to our room for when we returned. We stayed on the ground floor, rooms were beautiful and so quiet, would not think you were staying in a pub. We only booked for bed...
”We had the most enjoyable stay at this hotel. Hotel staff were just amazing, the reception ladies went out of their way to make my sons birthday memorable with balloons, card and a little gift. This was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again in this hotel.”

”Their check in process is so easy! You can do it yourself through self-service machines they have in the lobby. If you get stuck, the personnel is prompt and kind to offer assistance.
The location is amazing with public transportation right in front of the hotel.
The food was pretty good and not outrageously pricy for a hotel.
If I get another chance to go to London, I'm definitely staying there again.”
”Good location and parking. Two underground stations about a mile in opposite directions. Brentford's a nice place for a drink and a few decent eateries.”

”I would love to emphasise the helpfulness of the staff. My payment card kept being declined and not at anypoint they made me fell uncomfortable.
We managed tonwork towards the solution. Hence I hive a top mark for my stay. Eventhough the room was on top of a busy pub, I didnt hear a word of the crowd downstairs.
The room had a fan that helped a bit with the humid night but probably next time I will choose not the single room.

”Pyydettiin 2 erillistä sänkyä ja saatiin huone 120 cm "parisängyllä". No 120 cm parisänky on vain liian pieni kahdelle heteromiehelle. Lisäpeittoakaan ei saanut pyynnöstä huolimatta. Kissoja pyörii käytävillä lievästi pissa haisee ja matoja nousee suihkun kaivosta. Siistit vessat englantilaiseksi majataloksi. Turhia kalusteita huone täynnä.”

"We enjoyed our time in London! Hotel war great: nice room and breakfast in the morning. We were able to keep our luggage in luggage room of the hotel after check out. This made the last day of the trip easier for us. "
"Cute little hotel within walking distance to Hammersmith tube and on many bus routes. Great location. Clean and pretty basic but nice independent hotel. Plus points for warm room and underfloor heating in the bathroom!"
"Erityisesti tykkäsin henkilökunnan palvelualttiudesta. He auttoivat tilaamaan taksin ja korjasivat nopeasti kulpyhuoneen oven kahvan joka oli irtoamassa. Kylpyhuone oli moderni ja siisti. Sängyt mukavat nukkua. Voisin yöpyä täällä uudelleenkin. Joitakin ääniä kuului ulkoa ja hotellin käytävältä mutta sain nukuttua."
