The downsides are: it is very difficult to reach without a car and the food at the breakfast was very very poor. I would limit the choices at the breakfast and upgrade the quality of the food. ”Had a really good week while staying at Ibis Lisboa José Malhoa. The location is a little outside the most populated center of Lisbon but within close distance to three metro stations. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Small annoyance with the cleaners knocking or reception calling about cleaning despite the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. Also room keys stopped working several times during the week but it's an easy fix at the reception. Breakfast was available at extra charge and...

”We had a great stay in April. The hotel is in a perfect location, easy to walk to almost everywhere. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Our room was a bit small, but it was really clean and the bathroom was large. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was hot and strong! Definitely would come again!”
