”The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We felt they were willing to help out whenever it was needed and always with a smile. The room was lovely with a large walk in shower. It had just been renovated. The breakfast was delicious and I really liked that we could choose alternatives to the full English. We had lunch there with some friends and it was very nice. Dinner was also good but we didn't feel up to a full meal.”

”The hotel really caters for big events etc. and was almost empty when I stayed. I only met the receptionist who was efficient, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very large and set in its own grounds and gardens. For my stay it was very quiet - I can't comment on when it is full and busy.
