”We had a wonderful time staying here for a week while house hunting in Anchorage. The one bedroom apartment was cozy and beautifully decorated. I loved the fireplace was automatically running to maintain the set temperature. We very much enjoyed the view especially at night when the city lighted up in dark. We rented an AWD and got stuck once in slush but Windy and her husband helped us to get uphill. We appreciated their help!”

”This cabin was amazing! From the location to the decor. We chose it because of how close it is to Alyeska. It did not disappoint. It was the perfect rustic mountain log cabin feel with more than enough amenities. From the 2 soaking jet tubs to the game meat store next door. Theres peacocks that roam the property, even in winter were a pleasant surprise. It's secluded with a view. The host was very responsive and able to help us with a couple special requests. 11/10, would recommend! ”

”The stay was great! Easy to get to the property and perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was one of the better ones we have seen and even decided to cook while here. The propery is shared but we didnt have any issues and it was quite peaceful the entire time.”

”The room was very clean...But needs either a comfy love couch or a couple lounge chairs. Fold-up chairs are uncomfortable to sit in at any length or time. The outside entrance could look so nice by hiring a gardener to clean up aroun the storage sheds.”

”This was my second stay at the Puffin Inn. The staff is great and the shuttle is convenient. The free breakfast is generous. I talked to some other patrons, some of them stay there several times a year. The hotel is making some improvements. The building noise started at 10 AM promptly at 6 pm. No pool or gym. Good prices, safe neighborhood, clean rooms. The Korean Restaurant across the street has delicious food. ”
